The Triplicates host their first guest, Sumedha Ravishankar, to get some advice on choosing a thesis lab. Sumedha is a third-year PhD student in the Madigan Lab at UCSD, and a fellow women of color in STEM. She shares some grad school gems and a bit of her experiences that made a difference in the final lab decision making process.
