How to Find Motivation When You’re Feeling Stuck

#014 -  We’ve all been there before: you know what you have to do, but you just can’t bring yourself to do it - whether that’s exercising, meal prepping, cleaning out the garage, working on a project for work, etc, it can be incredibly difficult to find motivation. 

And the longer you put things off, the worse you feel, and the harder it becomes to actually get over the hump and just do the thing. 

This week, I'm joined by Cam Hall of Fight the Dad Bod, who is a pretty motivated guy, so I figured he was the right guy to bring onto the show to share his views on this topic.
