You can have ALL the money in the world, but if you don't have a deal....you've got nothing Which is why it's not always as important to have the capital to start investing. If you can bring a solid deal to the table, the money will find you! So, with that being said, wouldn't it be an invaluable skillset to be able to find deals in any (and I mean A.N.Y) market?!
