I had the privilege to interview George Harry who spoke on strategies and tactics regarding professional development. I also asked George his opinion on a growth mindset.   

George has a 35-year track record of developing optimum solutions to complex organizational and logistics solutions. He served as the Director of Johnson and Johnson's Global Transportation team and is currently an Adjunct Professor of Supply Chain Management at Rutgers University.
