Finding the courage to say NO is hard as a brick, but how do you actually find the strength to say NO?
Are you one of the people who always have a hard time saying NO to family, friends, or clients every time they ask a piece of you? Instead of saying NO, you can’t help but say YES and then feel bitter and stressed about it, right after you end that conversation?
If you are not sure if this is you, the best way to assess this is: when someone calls you on your phone, are you excited to answer that phone call, or are you anxious to take that phone call, or how about this, trying to be blind that you didn’t see that phone call coming, then decide to let it ring till it ends, and hoping they won’t leave a voicemail.
If it’s clear that it sounds like it’s literally you, then this episode might be helpful to you on how to find the strength to say NO!
To give you a little context, it is not your fault.
We were hard-wired in our society to always say Yes, that’s what school taught us. And every time you say no, they say you are selfish! But let me share you these three things…
In this episode, I shared three thoughts that will help you find the strength to say no.
Listen to this episode where I explain each one of the examples I gave above.
