After two years in college my dad asked me, "so what do you want to do?"
I told him I didn't know and he shook his head.
I felt pressured to have it figured out so I tried a few things. I spent so much time working jobs that made me miserable and empty because I felt that I had to make it work for me.
I wish my dad had asked me, "how do I want to live my life?"
because I still don't know "what " I want to do.
I just know what energizes me, what drives me, and what makes me feel alive.
If I focus on the what, it makes me anxious. If I focus on the how, it makes me think I can start right now and do just about anything.
In this episode, I share with you how I began tapping into my purpose and give you three questions to reflect on to help lead you to yours.
