As EVA’s Principal Virtual Planner, Vinnu Deshetty brings over 20 years of experience working with conferences, meetings and events. As a meeting planner, she understands the hurdles her industry peers encounter on a daily basis. In an environment where technology is quickly changing and the nature of meetings is evolving, Vinnu leads EVA’s team of virtual meeting producers and developers that alleviate the stress of adapting and setting up a virtual platform. “EVA’s team is here to do all the heavy lifting so that meeting planners can focus on programming and their organization’s mission. You’re not alone. We’ll be with you every step of the way.”
Raised as a coal miner’s daughter in western Kentucky, Vinnu stays true to her southern roots by valuing community and being solutions-focused with her work. She obtained a Bachelors of Science from Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Public Administration. Vinnu now works and resides in the Washington, DC area.
