It’s easy to shut everyone out when you’re feeling low. But how do you find your way back? 


I get it, it can get comfortable in your cocoon but when it’s time for you to need someone, who you gonna call and how are you going to navigate that? 


I broke it down in four steps to how to get started. This in no way replaces seeing a mental health practitioner but this helped me when I just wasn’t ready yet. And I still do it to this day.
