If you're unfamiliar with the hip flexors (notably the psoas), they are a group of muscles located around the top of the thigh that are essential for everyday movements like walking, climbing stairs, and getting out of a chair.
When these muscles become strained and inflamed, they can cause pain across the top of the thigh, into the groin, and even in the lower back.
To address this, we'll go over exercises that help stretch and strengthen the hip flexors for both quick and long-lasting relief.
