Today on the podcast we tackle the topic of insecurities and how to deal with self-worth issues.
Me personally I have dealt with both and I can honestly say it's not fun to go through that experience.
When you get to the point to where you feel like you're not worth anything a lot of negatives come behind that such as depression, anxiety and all types of negative mental problems. So in order to avoid all of those things for the foreseeable future I give a few examples of what you can do to better yourself so that you feel the true value of who you really are that's been in you the entire time
