Nic talks with Shan and special guest Michael Behmer about the practical ways of forgiveness.  Michael is a Marriage and Family Counselor and founder of Aspen Mental Health Group in Colorado.  He specializes in working alongside those who have been hit relationally and professionally by trauma, grief and loss. Needless to say, he has seen many circumstances of intense hurting and pain, and helped many see a pathway towards healing.  

Forgiveness is a necessary and incredibly important practice that everyone benefits from, yet often struggles with.  We have distorted views on what it means to forgive and what is required to forgive that often leads us away from what God wants for us.  

Life is hard.  People will hurt us.  Forgiveness needs to be a central part in everyones life.  We hope that this conversation helps on that journey.
