Writing a forgiveness letter is a great way to forgive someone who hurt you.

When you can't forgive someone, you probably experience a lot of negative emotions like anger. resentment, rage, pain, or disappointment.

Even if someone hurt or offended you in the past, you don't have to carry all these feelings forever. You can become free from them.  When you forgive someone you don't do it for them you do it for yourself. Make yourself a gift and write a forgiveness letter to finally feel better and to become free from this past experience.
