We know forgiveness is a good thing. I mean, we know it helps us move on and have more peace in our hearts. The problem is sometimes, we can't seem to find a way to forgive.


Well, today, I will go into some methods of willing oneself toward forgiveness. Through personal experience, I share my process of going back in time to forgive. I show how even when we don't think we can forgive, there is a way if we practice.


Just like training the body, we must train the mind and emotions. And forgiveness doesn't happen on its own, just like getting in shape doesn't happen by itself. We must do a little work daily with the vision and goal to reach a destination.


Forgiveness is possible!
