In June 2021, the U.S. Treasury Awarded $1.25 Billion to CDFIs to Support Economic Relief in Underserved Communities Affected by COVID-19. Specifically, these awards provide Community Development Financial Institutions, or CDFIs, with flexible capital to help distressed and underserved communities across the country.
CDFIs have been around for decades but most business owners are unclear of what they are and how to do business with them. Until today!
