This week is an interesting one for me. Typically I research the guest, communicate before hand, and then sit down for an interview. However, this time, one of my early guests Steve Ray suggested I have Ray Hernandez on the show. Plot twist... I went in blind to this, and Ray Hernandez went in blind on this. What we unravelled in our short time together was really interesting insights on entrepreneurship, drive, and design. Plus a really fascinating story about how Ray struck a deal with Mark Cuban.
