Does host Jonathan Wolfman ask How to get away with murder? 

Juries, and in every region of the country, are far more likely to dish death when homicide victims are white regardless of the killer's race because even mixed-race juries have swallowed the dominant culture's quite a preposterous bias that teaches in so many ways that white lives are too valuable than others.

The United States is the sole Western, industrialized nation still clinging, like a street curb to rotting meat, to the death penalty and yet our allies' homicide and attempted murder rates are lower than ours. 

 What would a more sensible explanation be?
