In this episode, Jeannette talks about kickstarting your creativity and getting those ideas flowing. To do this for your team as well as for yourself.
Jeannette takes you through the 20-20 creative brainstorming model that she uses and teaches her mentees. A straightforward way to find time in what are often extremely busy days to come up with and capture ideas so that you are ready to act and turn them into reality.
