During his two decades with Microsoft, he led design efforts for Xbox, Windows Media Center, Zune, and Encarta, and was the design force behind Microsoft’s “Metro” design language.

Now-before joining forces with Blink as their Chief Creative Officer, he founded Tectonic, where he worked with some of the world’s leading companies, such as: HBO, Amazon, Beats by Dre, Cisco, Samsung, and NBC among others.
