Possibilities are endless when it comes to getting letters of recommendation. Know there are multiple paths to success, and there is not a "perfect" formula to follow. As a student who has acquired multiple letters of recommendation my top tip is to build a relationship and keep it fresh. Leave the door open so that you can keep updating people on your progress, show you care about them so they can jump in to help you when you need it!
