  • Atomic Habits by James Clear - there are countless books on habit psychology, but this is one of the most straight-forward, giving you clear tips on how to eliminate bad habits and build positive ones.
  • Tribe of Mentors by Tim Ferriss - This is short, pocket-sized advice from some of the most successful people in the world. Easy to read. I would also recommend Ferriss' other volume, Tools of Titans.
  • Can't be bothered with books? Hop on Netflix and watch 'Call to Courage' and 'I am not your guru' for a self-help major kick up the bum. You're welcome.
