How To Get More Expired Listings
A lot of people were good at finding and executing on expired listings, but when the market got easy in 2020 and 2021, they stopped doing it. As a result, there’s a lot less agents going after expired listings. At the same time, the slow down in the market has produced a lot more expired listings. With more of them and a lot less people hunting them, there is a great opportunity for agents to find new business. In this episode, host Dan Lesniak gives us a strategy on spending a couple of hours each day calling expired listings, knocking doors, and preparing leave-behind materials. It’s a numbers game. The more calls you make and the more doors you knock, the more opportunities you are going to find.
