In case I never mentioned this before, I'm clinically diagnosed with ADHD, and I would like to share with you how I have been pushing myself to success in baby steps, and in the process of doing so, subconsciously overcame ADHD.
As with most of my podcasts, I also have an activity for you. This activity though, is going to be something that you will want to make part of your daily habit. Call it a "Success Habit" if you will.
