After spending years as a tennis professional I found my way into real estate. It had always been my interest but as I dug into it more, it became my passion. A constantly changing environment where I work with new people all the time and in a constantly changing environment. I started out helping people find rentals in SW Florida. My clients were so grateful for the help do to the fact that it was very difficult to find suitable places at an affordable price. After about six months of helping with rentals, I started selling properties and really found my passion. It only took about three months until I hired my first assistant. After that, I hired other agents to help with the overflow of clients and then more assistants to help them. After just two years in the business, I owned my own brokerage and was selling over $30 million in real estate each year. And then came hurricane Irma. My wife, Cyndi, and I visited Chattanooga and fell in love with all this town had to offer. Upon return to SW Florida, we had the incredible opportunity sell our brokerage and make the move to Chattanooga. Now, I have built the Nooga Team to continue my passion of real estate and helping families find their dream homes. Our goal is to help you find the perfect home and do while saving you as much money as possible with the least amount of hassle.
