Putting the finishing touches on my 2023 goals and I want to share 3 things that I think of when setting a goal and actually reaching it....

First is can I visualize the end? 

Next is what are the habits necessary to get me there and am I willing to do those habits?

Finally, what do I need to put in place so that I can be consistent with the habits?

Simple but not exactly the easiest thing to work through. 

Good news is I made a whole episode on how you can do the same. 

I take you through each piece and what you need to do. 

Before the end of the year, take 30 minutes, listen to the steps and then spend some time putting them into action!
