SO you are brand new to being a realtor and you need to learn your market. What better way to learn about your market then to  get paid to do Bank BPOs ( Broker Price Opinions).  This was my step by step way I got involved in doing them.  Plus after a while the banks started to assign REO ( Bank Owned ) Properties to me.
