You have to figure out what you what to do - rentals, flipping properties, land development, buying apartments. Before I started, I listened to every podcast I could get my hands on and took notes on every single episode. Self educate and make an effort so you have an idea as to what you want to do so you when it comes time for you to ask questions you can ask good questions and not waste another investors time.
