Not to mention food prices are going a little crazy and I love the thought of having access to my own organic grocery store right in my backyard at the cost of pennies! Ever since we moved to Ringle I have been struggling with gardening in the sandy soil. I have gardened at every home we have lived in and I've learned so much about making the most of each soil and learning how to use them to my advantage. I've also learned how to actually garden plan, and I'm getting better at that every year. Last year my garden produced over 50 lbs of carrots from 1 seed bag! I only had to use the grocery store to supplement our meals because we had so much frozen garden produce we could literally live off it!
