I've constantly failed again and again to build or maintain good habits during quarantine. I mean, it's very hard to keep a solid routine while staying at home all day, and I am still struggling and experimenting as to what works or doesn't. It can be very frustrating if you lost your job or couldn't finish your semester, and catching on bad habits can get pretty easy as you have nothing to do. I talk about the basics of How to build new Habits during Quarantine because this is one of the best times you have, to learn or build new habits and eventually a little better lifestyle for yourself, and it all starts with one habit at a time, be it working out, reading more books, writing a blog, or making YouTube videos. If you start doing all the things at once as a beginner, you will probably fail within the first few days, we have plenty of time in our hands to play with habits and understand how they work for us.
