Lindsay went from having a negative body image to developing a deep loving connection with herself. In this podcast Lindsay takes us back through her childhood, being introverted and overweight, and how she transitioned into perfectionistic and anxious tendencies.

In her 20s Lindsay started practicing yoga, and she began to develop a deeper relationship with herself.

Over the course of four pregnancies she had to learn to listen to her body. She started to see the difference between what was trendy vs. what her body needed. She learned her body has a wisdom to it, can self regulate, and take care of its self.

Lindsay explains how she is able to use her environment, and conscious connection to her body to reach peak performance and peak experiences, that lead to overall prodictivity and greater impact. She gives practical strategies of how we start to connect back to our natural world, to our bodies, and our souls.
