I would see a mess and my house and start an instant spiral of panic that it wouldn’t get done. My kids would refuse to help or if they offered I was too busy angry cleaning to even find the space to let them help.

This is how I am reprogramming my own brain to find cleaning more fun and as a bonus my children’s brains.
