Having the ability to get your team, to follow your lead, as a leader is a skill. Making sure that you are leading from the front and tactically being the example for everybody around you, as well as sharing everything that you learn about your journey is massively important. I only know as much as I’ve been able to learn so if I can give my team the ability to learn more by me taking more action, I’ll always have the intent to grow.
