As you know by now, I am adamant on giving quality information to your clients: friends, family, strangers who pay . . .

I ranted a bit about how to set up the spread--how to find out what the client wants to know and how to rephrase their question if necessary so that you can give them the RIGHT information, not some useless fluff. Too many people get bad readings from untrined "professionals" and it gives all of us a bad name. This is why I give you free instruction. I need all off us to do better and give better results.
