Every human on the planet has the same amount of time; 24 hours a day. I recently heard a presentation on ways to optimize my schedule and time and it was SO helpful!  Wouldn't it be helpful to know when your brain was most alert and when you're functioning at your best? Priorities must be set in order to give our best to what matters most. I hope this helps, it did for me!
