William Dekker, Strategic PR and Communication Specialist who works at the UN (United Nations) at only 27 years has a story to tell. He bagged the (2019 Young PR Professional of the year award) and this is just a tip of the iceberg to who he is. He is very eloquent and when he speaks you actually listen.
