Brandon worked as a mechanical engineer for 10 years in product development for audio products and fitness equipment. After a challenging start to 2020 with his W2, he realized that his path was not leading to the life he desired. He discovered commercial real estate investing and joined coaching programs to jumpstart his education. Just 2 years later, he left his engineering position to pursue self-storage investing full-time. He now runs a self-storage acquisitions business, sourcing value-add facilities acquisition and wholesale. He documents the lessons learned on the School of Success podcast.
