James 1:2-4

“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters,[a] whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”

Certainty is something that a lot of us rely on and the longer we only rely on certainty the harder it can be. If we are only relying on certainty we can miss opportunities that may come to us. Opportunities are always there and if we ignore them then we will never get to experience new things or receive the level up to a profitable leader.
