How to Grow your Self-Worth: Romanticizing Yourself with Courtney Durr

Listen Later

Today I’m talking nerdy with Courtney Durr about all things self-worth. In this conversation we’re diving into why women struggle in their relationships with themselves, the societal messages that lead us to distrust ourselves, and how to begin fostering a more emotionally nurturing relationship with yourself to grow your level of self-worth.

Courtney Durr is a self-worth coach who helps women cultivate a loving relationship with themselves and build a life that feels genuinely fulfilling to them. Over 10 years ago, Courtney started her career in personal training. Working with predominantly women, she got an intimate view into the everyday struggles many of her clients were silently facing. Whilst they portrayed a confident and happy demeanor, on the inside she saw just how critical they were to themselves. Courtney’s passion for self-development and creating safe spaces for women to come together, grew rapidly- and so she created Worthwild.

Worthwild is a business and a community that has helped hundreds of women begin the journey of self-discovery and not feel so alone in this messy, uncertain thing we call life.

Before you dive in, I would love it if you could hit pause and leave us a 5 star review and a written review on whatever platform you’re listening on. In doing so, you help get this podcast into the ears and brains of more people like you.
