Being in a social setting can be difficult when struggling with infertility for many reasons. We have made a list of ways you can avoid the invite all together and/or how you can survive the gathering and still be present.

  6. Have response ready

  8. Baby Shower Specific: get Mom-To-Be gifts

    1. Therapy/ Self Care
    2. Journal
    3. Stay Active/ Find a Hobby
    4. Identifying your triggers
    5. Medication
    6. Be honest, tell [insert name here] why you haven’t been around
