"Rise To Action"
How to handle failure:
Florida Just Survived hurricane Ian, and my gym will be closed down, hopefully not for long.
A small tornando hit the plaza, and took most of the roof of my building but what’s crazy is my gym was the only building in the plaza that had its roof.
It’s a crazy reflection moment for me, I am able to sit back a look at my goals and catch up on sleep.
But for some time I am impatient, and I have been living off 5-7 hours of sleep for the last 2-3 years, and working every day 14-18 hour days for the last 2 years.
Some might see this is a lose, but it’s a moment of life.
Handling failure.
Broken down into 3 parts.
-
Part I:
Pursuit of happiness (will smith).
Great example of how bad you want it. He faced every challenge and won!!
This is my second small flood in the last month,
Roof repaired and I am faced with a lot of responsibility to make something happen.
-
Part II:
Let’s talk about passion and that’s great, but to what extent??
How far can passion take you?
Everyone has a passion, we like to give to charity, we play video games, we like money, we like working out.
Now let’s look at it from another lens?
Let’s look at it from a perspective of “idk what that passions is Or I like a lot of things” which is no passion.
then what do you do??
Part III:
You follow your efforts!
Where do you put your time?
When you put in your time you get better at things, when you get better at something you have a chance to be great! Nobody ever quits something they are great at🤷🏽♂️
Greatness leads to a passion, which unlocks doors to your future by discipline and effort!
So follow your efforts because through these efforts no matter how depressed, how shitty you feel, how many times you have been divorced it isn’t over. You might need more times than others but it isn’t over!!
Follow your efforts stay the course in order to change your conditions to evolve and navigate through hard times. Hard times are what create the new and better you!
