Does the holiday and final end of year push ever cause you to feel a bit more stress and overwhelm than usual?

Where does that extra layer of stress come from?

The answer….Nope.


Stress of the body starts in the mind more often than not. And major stress or anxiety that leads to something we aren’t too happy with is a combination of things over time that perhaps we weren’t consciously aware of.
