As we wrap up Season 1 of "Therapy: Behind the Couch", we are facilitating a "How to Handle" series and our first episode is centered around politics.

It's an election year and saying, "Times are stressful," isn't novel or helpful. Instead, we hope that this conversation with two brilliant therapists, and one inquisitive facilitator, will 1) make you feel supported; 2) give some psychological framing and help you make sense of how you've been feeling; and 3) help you self-reflect and move forward in community during a time of great divide.
