How To Handle Restlessness In Meditation

In today's meditation, we practice staying with restlessness. Sometimes we need to pass these barriers to come to a balanced mind state. We observe as our body and mind find their way to rest. 

You can sit or lay down during the meditation. It is good to keep a straight back if possible. Then just follow the guidance. Enjoy coming back to peace.
