Once you’ve come to terms with the fact that you were dealing with a narcissist, that you were deliberately and knowingly gaslighted and emotionally abused, among other travesties, the normal and natural response is outrage.

As a matter of fact, I’d be worried if you weren’t outraged.

You’ll find yourself dealing with a righteous indignation and demand for justice, especially in the first year.

If you’ve got minor children with the narcissist and are dealing with prolonged legal battles you might find that outrage triggered over and over again.

It isn’t easy, but there are practical and spiritual strategies that can help you clear your head and  feel calm again, without stuffing the emotions in a box in the closet of your mind.
