We’re all going to disagree, right? But how we handle that disagreement is what matters. It only takes a short amount of time before everyone in the organization starts to feel the negative energy coming from co-workers who are in the midst of an ungly disagreement.  I don’t know about you, but that’s not a fun environment to be a part of. We can’t avoid disagreement. As a matter of fact, we shouldn’t. If we all agreed on everything, we would never grow – it would be counterproductive.

But how we disagree is what is important. That’s what we’re going to chat about in today’s episode.
