I've spent the better part of the past 2 years exploring how to feel comfortable and confident in my own body, plus deconditioning myself to always be thinking about dieting and changing the way I look. So after basically 1 year of no intentional dieting, we are back and ready to make a couple changes in the most neutral and healthiest possible way! and I want you guys to come along for the journey.

Theres so many ways to speak about having a healthy relationship with fat loss and today I took the less 'tangible' and 'conventional' route. So enjoy!
