The Leadership Society of Arizona ascribes to the belief that a person controls their entire life, and no person can come into their life and change, influence or control them. With all of my years of business school, this idea seemed contrary to everything I had learned. This podcast we dive into understanding if and how you can have a positive impact on others if no influence is an accurate concept. Dr. Jacob gives his tips on how to promote the most positive impact while knowing that people control their own lives.

LSA has adjusted this model for teens, parents, and teachers. We have supported over 2,300 students in the past 7 years.
