How can you help a loved one who is struggling with their mental health when you’re struggling too?John shares helpful advice in providing comfort, reassurance, and compassion to your friends or family during bad days. Checking in on them is a great start and a good conversation can be encouraging.Feelings are always valid, but coming up with a solution shouldn’t be your top priority.
