What is Brain fog? Brain fog can leave you feeling spaced out, like your walking through a maze. It can make you distractible, irritable and fatigued. Brain fog has many symptoms, but is not a medical diagnosis -despite it being fairly common in women during menopause and after covid19 infections. It can be scary, frustrating and isolating when you feel your brain is not working optimally and can get in the way of fully participating in your life.


So, in this podcast episode, I discuss what the literature is saying about what is brain fog, what causes it and how to support brain fog recovery.
