Shamile Childs is the founder of Reading Pro Virtual Learning and an experienced educator, literacy specialist, and former assistant principal with over a decade of experience supporting student achievement. Throughout her career, she has worked in classrooms and school leadership roles across multiple states, witnessing firsthand the impact that strong early foundations have on long-term academic success.In addition to her professional experience, Shamile has intermittently homeschooled her son during three different periods of his elementary years, giving her a personal understanding of the rewards families experience when guiding learning at home.Driven by a passion for early literacy and whole-child development, she partners with families to build essential skills in reading, writing, math, and critical thinking for young learners.
