Sharon has been involved in the cleaning industry for over 30 years. After a successful career as a teacher, she bought a small residential cleaning business with 6 employees. Sharon grew the company to a 140 person, multiple seven figure commercial cleaning business over 15 years.
After selling her business, she pursued coaching and mentoring opportunities, which lead o her launching The Cleaning Business Consulting Group. Sharon’s now consults seven and eight figure commercial cleaning businesses on corporate leadership, business development, strategic planning and systems & operations.
